I just refuse to allow negative to enter my reality. I am in commercial real estate brokerage, and guess what… I am having an OK year. If you listen to the media you would think I would be withering on the vine. I work with small business owners every day. Most are staying alive… Some thriving…. I don’t gain my insight from media pundants, rather from a real world approach. We make our own luck. I made my luck when I purchase a “well located park” for a “good deal” So, I stay 100% occupied and try to expand any chance I get. The current administration can do what it wants, but I can assure you that 20% of the folks out here will find a way to be successful.
