Terry Vaughan and David Butler both have courses they have written on this subject. If no here one has the info you are seeking then you might want to post it on the cash flow forum here and/or take a look at their materials.

I imagine you could get a whole lot more info in addition to the contract info for less than you would pay your attorney. You may still want to have your attorney review the contracts but at least they don't have to re-invent the wheel.
