I just use a pro for $95, & if any vermin survive, they re-treat free. I don't think the cans are as effective, & by the time you re-treat post egg-hatching, the cost difference is negligible. A friend of mine died last week after years of illness caused by exposure to Raid.

If I had a larger park I'd try to negotiate a deal w/a good exterminator for a discounted price, a retainer, or regular service. With a large number of homes, a semi-annual service might not be a bad idea, & maybe offering to split the cost w/tenants (proving you're a terrific landlord) per your rental agreement could keep your park relatively free of varmits w/more than 2 legs.

I'd be curious to hear from other landlords how they handle this problem--
