Mobile Home Note Buyers

Does anyone know of a good person or company who buys mobile home notes. I have a handful (approx 20 notes) that I would like to sell. They are all good tenants, all paperwork in order (notes, apps, etc) and they are all PAYING buyers. I have some parks I am working on buying and would like to cash out on these notes and use cash elsewhere.
If anybody may know someone, please email me and we can go from there.
