Determinig value of mobile homes....

I am a newbie looking to get into MH investing. I haven't made a deal ever yet but this whole time i've read a lot determining home values and such. Well now that i'm looking at MHs how are those determined?

I've been reading articles here some mentioning the different sizes and models of MHs and i dont seem to see any formula to figuring value.

Is there one? How do you all determine a 'good deal' when buying mobile homes?
