Anyone even REMOTELY interested in the mobile home business would be foolish not to attend. Lonnie's book, Deals on Wheels, is what FINALLY pushed me to invest in "real estate". I found most other real estate books much too "infomative" requiring you to do the work of 10 people (researcher, rehabber, zoning expert, loan officer, etc.). Lonnie shows you how to finally ACT and make it all happen in a most common sense way. I still do Lonnie deals (one closing on Monday), now do personal loans, and am moving into park ownership hopefully and it all started with Lonnie Scruggs. I can't thank him enough!
I don't know Dykes as well as Lonnie but have heard good things about him as well. The two together should be unbeatable.
When someone changes your life for the better, as Lonnie has, you can't help but to speak up. I highly recommed this seminar to everyone. Todd(AZ)
