If you can get a standard contract from a RE agent or attorney. Just fill it out yourself. Or I have printed contracts off the internet that fit my situation and used them. As much as people in some professions want us to believe, it is not majic or rocket science. Just make sure it says what you are going to do and what the seller is going to do.
