Thanks, I'm waiting on my first check from my LD to buy your complete set which will be here end of the month and I'm sure all my questions will be answered but if you don't mind I have a couple before hand. I've searched through the archives and I'm having trouble finding anything on checkbook approach would you mind explaining that a little more to me.
Also one other question if you don't mind. I drove by the property today and they're on very small lots probably 5,000 sqft and they all sit on concrete foundations. I called the owner and asked whether there was a seperate title for the land and mobile and he said no. If thats the case can you still sell the home and rent the land? I was going to go talk to the county about it but I'd figure you may know. Can't wait until I can order you set. Thanks
