Check around your area for any Sun Communities. They will pay you $7k to move a home into one of their parks. A seven year lease is required but it is transferable to your buyer. They may consider you a dealer and only pay $5k but it will cost you nothing to move and set it up.
Another option is to sell to a wholesaler. I will email you one that I have used in the past.
