Has anybody figured out if miniblinds allow an appreciable increase in sales price? I think that it would add eye appeal, and allow a $500 price increase. Not to mention that you can get them for about $5 at Big Lots, and they *are* visible to the whole park. Also, I gotta think that the PM would appreciate *real* window treatments, rather than bedsheets.
Of course miniblinds don’t color-coordinate as well with the washer on the porch and the camaro on blocks in the yard and the tarp over the roof . . .
Anybody seen value-added by putting in mbs? Or do you have opinion on this?
