I've been working on an older mh with pet odor. I finally researched on the internet and found two excellent sites that explained how to deal with it.
I'll summarize:
1. take up and get rid of all the carpeting and linoleum where you suspect spraying or urinating has occurred.
2. clean the sub flooring and wall areas that need to be deodorized. Also clean out heating ducts and other suspected areas of odor.
3. Buy the deodorizing chemicals and saturate the sub flooring and wall areas and any other places that soaking or spraying have occurred to the same depth that the urine and/or hormone spray has previously soaked.
4. Allow to dry thoroughly
5. Seal the floor and wall areas with sealer. (Though I have heard that latex paint works nearly as well.)
6. Rent or buy an ozone generator, turn it on and place fans strategically in the home to blow the ozone around. Immediately seal, lock, and leave the home. Let it run it for 24 hours.
7. Return to turn off the ozone generator and lock and leave the home for 8 hours so it can dissipate.
8. Repeat all of above if necessary.
The websites are worth going to. Can order products and see pictures of case histories:
