I also just ordered it, based on your recommendation.
We're rehabbing a trailer right now. When we cut out some bad spots in the floor, we found tons of racoon droppings in the belly of the home. That explains the smell we've been trying to track down. We've cleaned out what we could find, but the smell continues. Maybe a dead racoon is in there somewhere.
