One of my tenants has been at the property for approx 2 years and was getting SSI payments, she has a social worker assigned to assist her with paying her bills etc.
The tenant is now in prison and according to the social worker will be there for 2-23 months then be transferred to another county for additional charges in that county, Bottem Line her SSI payment sra egoing to stop, her rent is paid current but there is damage to the property that we could use as gounds for teminating the lease.
Her personal property is still in the house.
Does anyone have experience or advice on this issue for the state of PA? Thanks.
