HELP! Chicagoland attorney who does CREATIVE REI?

Hello,

I was searching archives today for a good RE Attorney in the Chicagoland area that understands creative real estate...couldn't really find what I was looking for.

I have worked with several different attorneys over the years (some better than others) on various transactions but have not found one that truly understands "CREATIVE" real estate. If you have any recommendations, they would be very much appreciated.
