Starting Real Estate Business

Hi,

I am going to begin to close on numerous real estate investment transactions in the 60 days and build my portfolio as well as begin a new business whole-selling real estate educational materiel. My question is:

Should I get my self established as one business under 1 name so I can get my proper deductions? These business will kind of go had-in-hand with eachother. I also want to incorporate other services into my long term plan and want to know what your recommendation is for this? Would like to keep all these things together under one name and all will be run from my home. Please advise. Thanks!
