I was wondering how it is best to hold title when accumulating rental houses. I know it's not prudent to use your own name on title. I've heard of a "Title Holding Trust" but am not familiar with it. What would you recommend? Mark Walters~ |

A title holding trust, also known as a "land trust", is simple, cost-effective device for holding title. There no virtually no downsides to using a trust to hold title, other than having to educate the people you deal with (title companies, banks, realtors, etc) |
