Need to turn $15k into $30k. $30k to $60k. $60k to $120k. Get my drift?

I need to do this in the shortest amount of time available. Any suggestions?

I would invest in educational materials and advertising. Figure out what areas of REI interest you the most by reading the articles here and buy the courses on that subject. Learn how not to use any money to buy . You will find once you have the education, you won't need the $ to buy. Keep it for reserves, that you will need. Good luck.

Buy a rehabb house for 15,000. Then get a equity loan on the free and clear property. Buy another house, get another loan on the next property. Keep investing and rehabbing till you have houses to rent, sell, profit.

I started that way and in less than 1 year I have 9 homes in various stages of rentals and rehab for sale. 5 rented. 3 getting ready for sale. I close on the ninth in a few weeks. It will be a rental. I am also taking equity loans on the last 2 houses to buy 1 additional home and have cash for the rehab work.

Sorry, I thought everyone knew what "Fly over Country" was. It is the country that people of the coast fly over getting to the other side. The Republican part of the country.

I live out on the plains of Oklahoma.

Give it to me, I happen to own 61 acres of 'PRIME' land on the border of Czech and Slovakia. It appraised for $21,000 last year, but I'll cut you a deal. It's right next to a toxic waste dump and a crack house. Call me on my cell.
