Default Marketing for Buyers in a Buyers' Market - Posted by Bummed for Buyers

Posted by Bummed for Buyers on January 12, 2007 at 21:12:57:

Any suggestions on marketing for buyers? I have bandit-type signs & directionals, an info tube w/flyers in the front yard of the property, a website w/ property info, ads in local dailies and weeklies. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Tell absolutely EVERYONE you encounter that you have property
for sale & market the financing, not the price.

Default Give them what they want - Posted by Doug (ON)

...easy financing and bargain prices, and you'll have more buyers than you know what to do with.

The marketing your doing is more than enough. 10 signs and a website will sell any house if you're giving buyers what they want.

The vast majority of houses that sell are as a result of being listed on the MLS.
