Default Analyzing a deal for a WRAP - Posted by Alisha

how do you calculate a deal for a "wrap"? There is a 1st and 2nd existing lien. Seller is not behind but cannot afford to continue paying current mortgage because he bought another home already as a new primary residence. Short Sale is not an option for him.
