I received the course as a gift from by Brother-in-Law. I have reviewed the course many times and I am eager to get started soon.
There is one thing I still have a blank stop on, the closing. It isnt covered in the book. How do I get this done? I dont see any problem finding flexable sellers or renters in the area. Just confused on the closing. This topic isnt covered. I need to know a little in the What steps am I missing to make it happen. I know I will learn from experience, but I would appreciate any assistance in this area.
I own 1 rental property and my own house. I am doing well with both. Unfortunatly for me I was the buyer. I went in signed the papers took the keys. Pretty Easy standard financing. I am sure there is more things I should look for in creative financing situations. I am just not certain where to start. I am seeking advice and conversation with anyone who has done this.

Go to a title company. They can handle the closing & escrow for both parties.
