Then you are in the wrong business and should get out. If you take a property sub2, then you should make all the payments as promised. people who do this are unethical and are the reason more and more states are passing laws that limit or outlaw sub2 deals, which hurts both the sellers and investors. Sell the property for the amount of the note and go get a job. dutch |

Just so you know im not in that situation and wouldnt consider a sub 2 unless i had all my bases coverd. I just saw that as being a potential out come of someones sub 2 deal at some point and wanted to know |
