Family Limited Partnership may be all you need - well maybe you want to set up multiple ones for different properties. From what I understand, with an FLP, if someone wants to sue you, things like the dividends (or awards from suits) can be declared but not "released" so that the person sueing you gets all the tax consequences of winning the award but not the money (which usually stops the suit before it goes to court). |

Yes I've made money but not buying any properties I have a strip mall and I used their Tenant list and got it rented for more than I was hoping. Also I learned in their training how to access some retirement money very creatively. I am now doing a deal from the network posting on line. The dreal is being done with another memeber (they let you network like crazy) and it is in Columbus Ohiao. The Tenant is a shoe company. If it works I will post again, if not then I will look for another good posting on line. |

This is no scam they are a legitimate company. I attended their training and have a year support. I am an experienced investor/developer and I learned a ton of great and useful info. Most impostantly I have access to their website that gives you Tenants, Lenders athat are very aggressive and flexible and a network to post or get deals directly from thousand of other members. I believe they are the only large commercial training company that keeps on growing in this tough market. Their program worked for me but it may not necessarily work for you. |

Robert Allen's system worked. I bought and sold 39 pieces of properties using mostly nothing down and pocketing money after we closed escrow. My downfall was not knowing when to put the brakes on when the economy turned south beginning in the late 80's. My fault not Robert Allen's. Take what you can learn from Cherif. There is always something good anyone can share. It is the usual the cup is half full or half empty |

So can you describe the website and the promised list of national tenants? Did you have to pay extra after the 3 day seminar to have access to the lists? |

I went to attend his free seminar and a lot of things he said make a lot of sense. I didnt sign up coz i had bad experience from Robert Allen class and Cherif was the one back then got me started which he set this company last year. In the workshop, he did mention that this class is not for everyone and he careless you join or not only if you can see what he sees about opportunity. After reading so many complaints and good comments from the people who join, i want to ask you guys, since you had join the class, how many property have you bought or money you have made sooo far?? Please response.........thanks |

I find it hillarious to stumble upon blogs like this. Do any of you poor SAPS realize how ridiculous it is to think someone who has truly found a proven system to generate massive wealth would share it with you? Why on earth would they do that?! Because they are philanthropists? Get real. Work hard...there is no such thing as an easy buck......except for those who realized there is a sucker born every second and prey on fools like you. I feel really sorry for the guy who spent $3000 on leads you can pull up from any local government website. Unbelievable. As the saying goes, nobody ever made a fortune in this country underestimating the stupidity of the American people. |

Hello Mr. John Farina. I like what you had to say on the Cherif Medawar posting. Most people do criticize these RE "gurus" without ever actually trying out the course. I for one am in the process of working out a few Real Estate ventures of my own, in order to upgrade my current financial situation. If you are in the process of implementing any/all of the strategies proposed by Mr. Cherif Medawar; I believe that it can be mutually beneficial that we converse with one another. Please contact me at CashflowConceptsRealty@yahoo.com, so that we can discuss further business options. Thank you and best of luck in all future business endeavors. |

Hello Sonia T. I just finished attending a Cherif Medawar ICRE seminar, and found the process to be quite intriguing. Especially the methods and insurance used to cover from the majority of downside. I was wondering if you can give any specific examples of how you, or anyone you know benefited from this course in Commercial Real Estate Investing. If so, then I would be quite personally interested in your success story. I am beginning in this field, and would look forward to beginning a HIGHLY mutually beneficial business arrangement. Please contact me at CashflowConceptsRealty@yahoo.com. Thank you for your time. |

The website has access to fding commercial forclosures and listings by other memebers. It has a list of detailed national tenants with info on where they want to grow and what size spaces they want along with the contact person in each Co. They have contracts on the site and they also have updated lists of aggressive lenders and a way for memebers to post deals for each others wich saves money gives us opportunities to do creative financing and we do not have to pay extra for this website. It's part of the $3K we paid. |

If they tried to give you more time to look over the material (you said you did not have it) but when I signed up they gave us all access to the website that has tons of training and access to valuable data like national tenants, contracts, lenders etc. And you say that the guy said you are cancelled and he will send you the refund. Then you did not post again so I assume you got your refund or you would've disputed the charge on your CC and told the world about it. You also seem to jump into conclusion without attending their training that it's probably iffy! because they use the smae marketing people as some other seminar company. Well, I attended the training and I learned a lot but most importantly I just did my first deal and I am working on a second one with a partner that I met on their website. She is an investor with money and she liked the deal I had under contract. This has been the best training for me. But I guess like everything elses in life you can do or you can just complain! |

Medawar does syndications so he certainly shares oenly a lot of his knwledge that made him millions. At the end many people end up patnersing with him in deals that he syndciates and it is very vey profitable with zero hassle all secured against top commercial buildings. The only poor saps are people who don't paticipate. |

My efforts are progressing on a number of efforts. At this moment, I am in deals with several FSBOs, Paper deals, and 1 Rehab project. I have a full plate at the moment. Plus I am upgrading one of my main websites. Its basic at the moment, but I am looking to take it to the next level. As soon as I am complete with a few of these projects, and have upgraded my liquidity; I'll invest with Cherif Medawar, and see where his Commercial program can take CCR. Let me know how you are doing |

All Cherif Medawar courses are great. He has energy, knowledge and he cares about his people. Sarah, who said he sucks probably is a competitor jealous of his success. Cherif offers invetsment opportunities and my husband and I made more money with him in his REOs and other opportunities that we could have ever dreamed. why not email him and check out for yourself! |

Now, was that worth 3K? What if you didn't have this info? One would be totally lost or panic in a lawsuit situation. I've learn many things from investors & seminars. It's doesn't mean, I have to pay. As long as I know what they're talking about. I, may or may not know how to do it, but I, at least know it's out there. For the people, who never, or ever attempt anything. My question is "How are you going to know?" You don't have to pay 3K nor 100 or 30.00, but you have to know, it exist! Then you can research it, to see if it's true, after go to the library where's it FREE! Only problem is, it's takes long to learn for some, b/c majority of the ppl, just don't like to read! So you'll be learning in slow motion! |
