My husband and I made an offer and the seller agreed to it. We just found out that the seller recieved an offer from his neighbor behind the sellers agent's back. The agent found out from the neighbor that the seller agreed to his offer. I believe its a verbal agreement. My husband and I have a written offer agreement and my husband already relocated to his new job. We were already in the beginning of negotiations with the seller. Is there anything that can be done? We need answer right away. Thanks |

monica I need a little clarification before I can give you a good answer. You start out by saying that the "seller agreed to it". Yet later you say that "we were already in the beginning of negotiations with the seller". Do you have a PURCHASE AND SALES AGREEMENT (provided by the Realtor), on which ALL POINTS have been agreed to BY ALL THE PARTIES, and on which the Realtor has forwarded your EARNEST MONEY CHECK to the CLOSING ATTORNEY, or TITLE COMPANY? Let us know the answers and we can help you. dealmaker |
