Are non recourse loans still available? I didnt know if these had dried up or not. I think Trump is still getting them. LOL

Read more than just the headlines on Trump. He only owned 25% of the entity that just filed. He was not for the BK and offered to buy the company and take it private.

As for non-recourse.....I believe you can still get them. Were talking multi-million dollar properties though.

I am wondering the same thing. In talking to some lenders I am finding that anything based on Freddie Mae will be a recourse loan. There may be some things available through a broker but expect to pay for it.
