I am looking for a good newspaper ad example that will find a T/B for a lease option. I read a really good one here somewhere but I could not find it again.

Something like ?NO Bank Qualifying, $$$$/month, $$$$ down, etc.

Don't put how much down in the ad....ask them how much they have available to put down. (may be more than you were gonna ask for!)
