Post FINE Line NYC 3 Fam Short Sale! - Posted by Zane

I have a great opportunity to pick up a 3 Fam short sale fix up in NYC. I have no money and bad credit but I have Carleton's course and I know I can make this work. It's almost $100 under value. Some thoughts that come to mind are Hard Money. But how do I get around not having a down payment?
