Default "Title Holding Trust" - Posted by Mark Walters

Posted by Mark Walters on September 20, 2001 at 12:58:31:

I was wondering how it is best to hold title when accumulating rental houses. I know it's not prudent to use your own name on title. I've heard of a "Title Holding Trust" but am not familiar with it. What would you recommend?

Mark Walters~
