If the tax advice I received on my previous question is correct, than doesn't that make it harder to buy a property, fix it up and sell it in 2 months for a profit? If you have to pay capital gains no matter what it would eat at a large chunk of profit. I'm no expert and I hope i'm way off here. Any advice appreciated. And I'll probably seek other tax advice from another consultant to be sure. Thanks, Steve |
