I am a licensed Realtor in Texas. I have been asked the following and am determined to find the answer: Question. Can a lawn service put a mechanics lein on a house after services have been rendered and the property owner fails to pay? We're only talking 50 Bucks! But it's a matter of principal at this point. Facts: The lawn care provider is an independant. An invoice for service was provided. Written notices are documented. If there is more you need to know or have an answer please reply to kelly@kellyschipper.com Regards, Kelly Schipper |
