Has anyone purchased the course by ~Jeff Beubien~, The Lease Purchase Handbook? If so, is it any good? He claims to be an expert in Lease-Purchasing.I know the spelling of his last name is incorrect, but the message board would not let me post using the correct spelling. Thanks |

Ken, I have not purchased any of his materials, however he seems like a pretty straight forward guy. I do like his website too. Tim |

I recently purchased it and have corresponded with Jeff via email. It is a straight forward, simple, no BS course. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Feel free to email me with any specific questions. |

I bought my home with a lease to own option, and being a newly wed moving to a new city , it helped immensly with me getting started in home ownership. One question- I was thinking of going into another lease to own deal for another property, but it won't be my primary residence. Can I do this and have renters? or in this case, I guess they would be considered subleters. Is this legal? |
