I have a few questions. First, should I form a corporation or a limited liability company or what to start my business. Also, what are the advantages and disadvantages of them? Third, I need to take title to property in a land trust; yet, I don't have anyone to be a trustee therefore can my company or corporation be my trustee? Fourth, since I live in a rural community I am planning on doing investment in three state - MD., VA., and WV.; therefore I need to know what forms to use for these state when I doing a deal. Is there a web site in these states that can tell me what is required? Fifth, since I live in a rural community I can not find a good real estate attorney. Sadly to say they have no clue about taking title in a land trust and a simutanous closing. I am new to this site and new to the business thanks for any help. What a wonderful service!!!!!!!
