I met an agent today that asked me if I had any legal documents or proposals for closing on these "creative" deals I'm studying. I haven't finished the Carleton Sheets course yet, but I know that there are some in the package. Has anyone used these? Or am I better off going with my attorney who just got his Brokers license?
