If you're new to real estate investing, "house flipping" is one of the best ways to get started. It's extremely low risk, and you can do it with very little or no money down. Some investors call it "wholesaling real estate." Others refer to it as "flipping properties." Regardless of the term you use, the bottom line is the same: You can quickly make big bucks from property you don't own! The great thing about flipping houses is that you never take ownership of that property. Once you have the property under contract, you assign the contract to another buyer, who pays you an "assignment fee" and closes on the property in your place. As you can see, flipping houses is a fast, easy way to win the real estate investing game. More Flipping Houses ResourcesWe've compiled a vast array of flipping real estate resources.
