If you're new to real estate investing, "flipping houses" is one of the best ways to get started making money in real estate. It's extremely low risk, and you can do it with very little or no money down.

Some real estate investors call it "wholesaling real estate." Others refer to it as "house flipping." Regardless of the term you use, the bottom line is the same: You can quickly make money from real estate you don't own!

The great thing about flipping houses is that you never take ownership of that property. Once you have the property under contract, you assign the contract to another buyer, who pays you an "assignment fee" and closes on the property in your place.

As you can see, flipping houses is a fast, easy way to make money in real estate.
