Finally... My First Deal!

JP, I told you I would write as soon as I conquer that mountain, well here it is!

1. Gas to go look at property - $5.00

2. Earnest Money deposit to Realtor - $1,000

3. Deposit received from my buyer - $500

4. Smile on my face when I received a check at closing for $3,981.70 - "PRICELESS"

Well I finally did it. It took awhile, but I made it. I wanted to thank the folks at CRE Online. Your endless words of encouragement help me to keep striving to never give up. Because of this website, I found Ron Legrand, whose course Cash Flow Systems helped me make my money back and then some. I also met a TON of great people here who, through their constant feedback, have made me see a brighter future.
