Thanks for the advise. I am a civil engineer during the day and try to work on deals at night and on weekends. A company has been taking bids for warehouse space, I have been submitting bids to lease a new construction warehouse to them. The first time I came in 4th out of 4 bids, and the second time 3rd out of 8 bids. I am learning a lot, but close doesn't count! Thanks again
