Everyone forgets... all the great stories. Making money is nice, but where else can you have this much fun.
A code guy once told me “no, I am just going to fine you EVERY DAY until you evict them”.
A woman mailed me her keys because I showed interest in her property.
A multi millionaire once said to me “would you let me invest my money with you”.
And the list goes on.... I do it to make money, but I love the stories.
