Seems right now the market has more demand than supply, even according to marcu and millichap. My partner and I are looking for pocket listings due to a huge number of interest on the east coast, especially in the carolinas. Our investors have raised capital and ready to purchase after an unfortunate turn of events on a non-motivated seller on a resort deal. We have over 200 investors(large) looking to buy right now they are hot and won't last long. If you got any pocket listings under contract and ready to assign, or came across a really good deal but do not know what to do with it please contact me or my partner as fast as humanly possible.
