Why do you invest in commercial real estate?

What do you invest in and why? Are you flippers? Exchanger's (tax avoiders)? passive income freaks? Or do you just hate the stock market? Why do some of you put up with the hassle of apartments why others are NNN lease types? What's your type?


Personally,

I am a lazy NNN lease type of owner.
