Beginners - what more to study?

Hi all,

I bought Ray's course and have gone through them, very good material. I am saving money to start investing in commercial real estate, but in the mean time, i want to learn as much as I can. I have taken 2 CCIM courses also.

I would like to know if there are other commercial real estate investing courses that I can learn from?

Also, I plan to start investing in retail properties, is that a good way to start? Any training that can prepare me for that?

Also, I got my real estate license, although i understand a lot of commercial deals are not listed on the MLS.
