You first have to buy a facility before you can learn how to manage it. Believe it or not the management side is not all that hard and can be learned very easily. He does show you some sides of the management side in his course and his academy. If you follow his materials you might even get a deal you don't even manage yourself. That is the goal. Scott doesn't manage his own properties because they are big enough where someone else can do it.
I own a 260 units and I have been there only once since September first and it is cash flowing nicely. I am able to stay on top on things wherever I am.
