This is a terrible deal. Run away as fast as you can. You have no experience with this kind of thing. Donald Trump is surely bankrupt by now. Don't be a fool. You are not a movie star, so you should start out with a Single Family residence, with no HOA and put in sweat equity to improve the place and sell it for a few K profit. You'll learn a lot. Make sure to get a low, low price, and walk away a lot. Get to know you're area well enough so you can get a REAL bargain. Look at 100 houses before you buy one. Waste Realtors' money and gas a lot. Don't be loyal to any one of them, because they are NOT your friend.
