The storm here is similiar to the rest of the world I am sure. For some reason our local government spent too much money and have decided the only way to counteract the shortfall in income is to raise property taxes. Amazingly great idea Huh! Taxes on one center went from $21,000 to $68,000. Noooo problem just raise the CAM right. I think in todays market if you are not creative you will have a difficult time even making it. Ray I am not quite sure how I can craft these business agreements with htese tenants do you have any ideas in that department. I have a new and used bookstore, a computer repair business that will also sell new computers as well and a musical insturment store that will also do some Ebay things out of the location. Any suggestions on ideas for agreements with these joint venture people to protect me?
