Does anyone know the current market climate for purchasing Multifamily Units ( 20 units or >)in the Baltimore, MD ( DC/VA/MD) metro area. I want to purchase in Baltimore...I have two leads but I want to verify how strong the demand is in this area before I move forward. Any advice would be helpful and appreciated.
