Where to advertise

Does anyone know where a good place would be (other than the typical newspapers, etc) to advertise some acreage in the metro Atlanta area that could be easily zoned commercial? It is now Residential in one part and mobile home in another part. The county WANTS to get rid of the possibility of this ever being used as mobile home, so they are more than willing to rezone. It is 14 acres and near an airport and major highways. Very reasonably priced. It would be a great development project OR 1031 exchange. Once rezoned, the price will probably quadruple.I am looking for good websites or email loops that will have interested buyers. Any ideas?
