I would love to assist by posting our recommendations on this forum but frankly there's not enough room on this forum with our our answers sounding convoluted....being that we have more questions than answers right now. However, I will say this, that your deal on the surface looks doable and there are a few options available....if you can answer our questions satisfactorily, we can get this deal done inside of two - three weeks.
