A search engine SDIRA custodian co. search should find you a number of SDIRA cos to look at.

Then you'd need to make some calls and get some co data to decide which cust. co fits your wants & needs.

I do like some co's more than others but you won't find me making any public pronouncement on my "favorites" for obvious reasons.*

And truthfully the co I like best might not be the one you like, considering their policies, costs, procedures, time zone, etc.

As for the "appraisal" I'd make some calls to some RE agents and pay one of them for a BPO (broker's price opinion). Those guys are as capable as anybody re note valuation, etc. and normally they're eager for the business.

*my face hurts already thinking of my picture being used as their co. coffee-room dartboard because they weren't my named fave. ;)
