custodian you switched to ? And, if you don't mind,
which you switched from ? I am with Equity Trust
Company (ETC) right now. Made that choice 6 years ago
based on their all inclusive one yearly fee, but
haven't shopped since to see if I would make the same
decision now.

I did find somebody to appraise the note for $275. But
I also want to move a 1/7 th of a house into my Roth
IRA, and so far 3 of the 3 appraisers I talked to
turned me down. ETC doesn't require an appraisal per
se, but for somebody qualified (other than me) to fill
a market valuation form and attach supporting
documentation on how they came to that market value.
