Here is a update.
- They are not asking for the 20k anymore, we brought it down to 5k.
- The house is empty.
- All inspections where done by third party and there is no damage, termite or any thing wrong with it. It does need a little more grass and a new front look to be more appealing, but overall, the house is ready to move in (just get the broom and mop)
