Mobile Home Note Buyers

Does anybody by chance know of anyone who buys mobile home notes? I have a small group (about 15) of solid MH notes. All of the notes are in the same park which is located in Greeley, CO in a nice, well run park.
I have never sold any notes before so if anybody has any ideas, let me know. I have all the titles, notes, papers, etc in order for each note. Would like to sell all at once in one transactions.
