Best cash flow biz with J.O.B.

I'm new and have been reading and studying about different cash flow businesses. I would like to start out part-time, keeping my J.O.B. until I can get going. I would be able to make a few phone calls during the day, and mail letters at night, but unable to go out and have face-to-face meetings with prospects during the day.

My question is which cash-flow business would be best to start and operate under these conditions? Naturally, I'd want to go full-time over time, but what would be a good direction starting out?
